I arrived at the dealership with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, and was never pressured off of that position. I drove two different models and was made to feel welcome at all times. The leasing process was literally the easiest experience I have ever had where an automobile was concerned. All of my questions were answered quickly and with candor, again, even if that meant potentially less commission to the salesman. I've not picked up the vehicle yet, but I can safely say that if driving the CRV is as easy as the leasing process was, I expect I'll be back in three years' time for another go-round. More
