My wife, Mary, and I had researched crossovers to replace her Subaru Outback. No leg room for me, 6'2". Our son recommended contacting Buerkle for model options and a possible test drive. Chang Her responded immediately. Buerkle is lucky to have this guy. He gave us quick, professional responses to questions, test drive etc. A big edge Chang had over Duluth was his a timely, detail summary of a net price including all taxes and fees for a selected vehicle. Mary had borrowed the Honda CR-V manuals from Chang one day before delivery to us. She wrote a prolific list of questions. Even though I had answers about some of her questions, she wanted to hear from Chang. Upon the next day's delivery of the vehicle to us, Chang, with enthusiasm addressed every question Mary and I had. His review of our new vehicle features was most helpful. THEN, upon driving back to Grand Marais, June 19, 2012, through the ten inches of rain in Duluth and Two Harbors, we arrived back home. Flooding was imminent at times along Highway 61/ We made it within minutes of Highway 61 and other roads being closed. Undoubtedly, we are now bonded to Chang Her, Buerkle, and our Honda CR-V. More

Scott gave answers to our questions, took our phone calls later and in general was very helpful and friendly. We felt he listen to us, gave us a fair deal on our 2007 Odyssey toward a 2012. Also we did our final paperwork with Scott Bohnen and he too was not pushy and was very nice. This is our 6th Honda, so you see we are loyal to Hondas as they have served us well. Chang sold me a 2011 honda accord. When I was in for service for my 2010 civic my wife and I had a chance to sit down and work with Chang on her next vehicle. Possibly a CRV. The first thing I liked when I entered the dealership is they let me look at the van on the showroom floor and didn't accost me. Rick answered every question I had, took me out to see the different models on the lot, and never once tried to push me in a specific direction. I made an appointment with Rick to bring my husband back and even after the two of us returned from our test drive Rick did not push us to try and get a deal done. He simply asked us if there was anything else we wanted to accomplish that evening. It was a great experience and having Buerkle Honda associated with the Costco Auto Buying Program was wonderful.
