I'm a no haggle guy and based on my research the price he gave was definitely less than fair price published on kbb.com He worked with us on ordering the color that we wanted. Luckily for us, we were able to close the deal on the last day of the 0.9% financing. Paulo walked us thru the features of the Pilot. He is very respectful and excellent to work with. He's always ready to help and answer any questions we have. I will definitely recommend Paulo and Buerkle to our friends and acquaintances and will worked with him again on our future Honda purchases. We have 3 Hondas now. The Pilot will replace the still very reliable 1997 Honda Civic LX. More

It was "crunch" to take advantage of a special Honda promotion and termination date for the same. I could not be more pleased with his commitment and effort throughout the entire series of events.
