Usually when I read customer reviews about products or a buying experience and all categories are given the highest rating, I tend to be skeptical. In this case, I needn't have been. All of the people we dealt with, and in particular our salesman Paulo Neish, were top-notch. We were never pressured or rushed or told "this price is good only today" or other such nonsense. We were treated like adults, by adults who clearly wanted to do business with us and earned that business with friendliness and professionalism. Since we used the Costco Auto Buyers plan, the (very attractive) price was set before we ever set foot in the door. This was my fourth new car purchase, and it was far and away the best one yet. I was given the same price via email, in person and on the final papers. The price was at or below any price info I had seen on the web. I never felt pressured in any part of the sale process. Financing rate was better than I could find any where outside of the dealership. I would highly recommend Buerkle and Paulo Neish. They are the best in my opinion. More
