In December 2012, we were looking to purchase a new Honda Civic and I wanted to trade in my old 2003 Honda Civic. We talked with Chang about our needs and right away he showed us the vehicle and we went for a test drive, no "salesmanship", he just got us in the vehicle for a test drive. There was no overselling, no haggling, it was a very easy process and at the end you felt like they wanted the process to be smooth for you. In the end Chang made us a great deal on the Honda 2012 and gave us a very good price on the 2003 Civic, so although I was prepared to, I didn't have to haggle. Chang is a very nice, down to earth guy and not the image of the stereotypical salesman. Overall a nice experience and I would come back to purchase another vehicle here. More
