My plan was to retire my '04 Honda CRV in '14 and purchase a new one since I've loved the one I have. I had already stopped by Buerkle Honda where I'd purchased my first Honda to see the new models. Happily for me, Paulo Neish was the salesman who assisted me. He knew I wasn't purchasing anything that day yet spent an inordinate amount of time answering all my questions and showing me the CRV colors on the back lot. He called when the car came in and let me know he could hold it as long as needed. When I picked up the CRV, Paulo took care of my purchase request with the business manager and walked me thru the vehicle inside and out.
