This is my third Honda and my second from Buerkle Honda. Since 1990 I have purchased Honda's and Acura's for myself and my children. They have proven over and over again to be top rated vehicles and very reliable. The reason for my most recent visit was to find a used Civic with low miles for my 17 year old son. I wanted a dependable vehicle that would get him through college. I was very very picky and Steve knew that. I told him that I was willing to wait for the right car. Steve offered a few other options as they came through the lot, but I told him that I was sticking with a Honda. Steve's hard work and determination paid off. Steve found me the car that normally never makes it to the sales lot. Steve found a 2001, one owner, grandma car (that’s what I named it) that had only 46,000 miles on it. How often does that happen? Never!!!! So I was very fortunate that Steve was willing to work with me on this, as I know I pulled him away from his new car sales responsibilities. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient throughout the entire process. He gave me a great price and a beautiful 12 year old car for my teenage son. Thanks again for putting up with me!! Allen was courteous and did a great job describing the different Honda models and helping me to find the right one for me. He was very receptive to allowing several test drives which helped as well. Paula Neish was great. We came in to lease a car for our son and had discussed several colors in advance. Even though my son had decided on black, when we arrived Paulo suggested we go look at the different son and had discussed several colors in advance. Even though my son had decided on black, when we arrived Paulo suggested we go look at the different colors just to make sure. it was freezing cold and he could have taken the easy way and just gone with the black (yes, we did do the black after all) but he braved the cold to make sure we'd be happy with our selection.. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He walked us through all the features and even helped us program all of our phones into the Bluetooth feature. More

Visited dealership twice and was able to look over vehicles on lot without being pressured. Once the time came during the second visit that I wanted to talk with someone, I was partnered up with Stev vehicles on lot without being pressured. Once the time came during the second visit that I wanted to talk with someone, I was partnered up with Steve Whitman. He was very helpful, took time to work with us and explain in detail the process, features and overview of new purchase. He was very friendly. He was able to answer all questions, a few he researched and got the correct answer in short time. The pricing of new vehicle I was interested in had a $5000 off incentive along with 0.9% financing. These incentives made the difference with my decision to proceed with trade-in my BMW for a 2013 Crosstour. Scott was also very friendly and helpful. The financial process went smooth and he explained things and answered all questions. Having purchased a BMW and Toyota in the past 7 years, Honda edged out BMW sales/financial service slightly while surpassing Toyota. More
I went to this shop because they have the cooperation with Costco, so I could get the best price using my Costco membership card. This saves me many time and energy to negotiate for the best price by myself, since I have checked out cars in many dealerships before going to Buckle Honda. I am a foreigner, and I was aware that it is hard for me to get credits through the Honda financing with a limited resource that I can provide. But Paulo has been super friendly. Unlike what I have experienced in another Honda dealership, he knows the different cultures and was very friendly to help. I had a difficult time to decide which color and body style to choose. Paulo never showed impatience with my inquiries, and he was always ready to pull out a car for me to check. He also provides useful information about the color and the general driving condition of the car relating to his own experience. This friend-style to provide relatively neutral/objective comments about a product is something I have never seen with salesmen here. I appreciate the customer's service to be objective--not the way to just tell you it's 100% good all the time. When I went to get the new car, Paulo gave comprehensive introduction about the features of the car, and assisted me to adjust the personal system friendly. In summary, though this is my personal opinion--I like the way that Paulo thinks from the customer's perspective and tries to provide the best option based on customer's conditions and need. This makes the car purchasing experience a joy for me. More

My experience was excellent. Scott was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me with all aspects of my car-buying experience, from deciding on knowledgeable, and very patient. On the day of the sale, he gave me a ride to the dealership, and was very understanding and patient when a personal issue delayed the purchase process slightly. The only issue I had with the whole experience was that I was unprepared to be sold various "extras" on the day of the sale. I would have liked to have better prior warning of what sort of extras I would need to decide about on the day of the sale (extra warranty coverage, paint protection, upholstery protection, rust proofing, etc.).
