After being a Ford family for a very long time we just recently purchased a new CRV from Scott Steinberg and could not be happier. I found Buerkle Honda on line and was referred to Paulo. I was shopping for another C-RV b/c the one I loved was totaled. I knew what I wanted, and found the KBB best price. I was also emailing two dealer I was shopping for another C-RV b/c the one I loved was totaled. I knew what I wanted, and found the KBB best price. I was also emailing two dealers from other locations. I told them all that I wanted to pay this price. The other dealers kept giving me the run around responses like "I'll have to ask my manager." or "It depends." Paulo simply said yes, he could do that. I didn't want a hassle I just wanted a car. I did not talk to Paulo until the day my husband and I walked into the dealership. From the get go it was smooth. Everything was ready, there were no games played. This is likely the 5th car my husband and I have purchased. It's always been a dreaded experience because we are not car savvy and don't want to be taken advantage of, it's a major expense. We drove away from this purchase so impressed with how straight forward and transparent all the interactions were. Even the manager came to shake our hand as we left. Very genuine kindness. I do think Paulo is exceptional b/c he played it straight and never tried to push anything on us. To drive away feeling relief v.s. stress was a wonderful gift. More

Paolo was very friendly and helpful and was also very considerate to myself and my sister who accompanied me while I searched for a new vehicle. I was referred to this dealership by a co-worker. When I arrived I was given a warm friendly greeting by the front desk and that is where the wonderful service began. My buying process was hassle free, my arrived I was given a warm friendly greeting by the front desk and that is where the wonderful service began. My buying process was hassle free, my sales person Allen Shaw was not pushy and was well informed about the products and services offered. When my new car was ready for pick up Allen double checked to make sure that everything was just perfect and took the took the time to set up my phone on the blue tooth and even set up speed dials and gave me a course on the navigation system. A friend of my went to another dealership to buy a different make and model of car and her sales person just walked her to the car and told her to make an appointment and he'll show her how to work the car next week and he left to help another potential buyer. Both me and my husband are in sales and we were both wowed by the service we received. More
