We had a great experience when purchasing our new Honda Odyssey. We were contacted by the dealership asking if we would be interested in talking to someone about potentially trading in our 2012 Honda Odys Odyssey. We were contacted by the dealership asking if we would be interested in talking to someone about potentially trading in our 2012 Honda Odyssey for a 2014. We were very skeptical but because of the positive past experiences at the dealership we agreed to listen. It was a pretty straight forward conversation. We were willing to trade-in our 2012 for the 2014 Odyssey if we could keep our payment the same or lower. When we went to the dealership everything went very smooth. We were very pleasantly surprised because we were expecting the bottom to fall out of the deal at any moment. Scott was very forthcoming with information and courteous. We always felt like we were getting the full story. Scott was able to get us the new 2014 Odyssey for $6 less a month than we were paying for the 2012. He did a great job and we love our new Odyssey. I bought my New Honda Crosstour a month ago, and I am still satisfied with my purchase. First of all I am 22 yrs old full time college student, who works part-time overnight. Being car-less, I wanted to buy my first car, but I worried about affordability, if I would even qualify, and which car is right for me. I tested drive cars at the Toyota dealership in Maplewood, and other various Honda dealerships in the Twin Cities. Luckily I walked into the Honda Berkley's Used-Car department and met Peng Moua. Salesmen at the other dealerships did not allow me to test drive the cars by myself, but Peng was so friendly and patient with me, not only did I get to go out, drive any car I wanted, but I came back and drove the Crosstour until I knew it was for me. In addition to that, Peng was humble, professional and friendly, he did not rush me, did not try to sell me a car, he just gave me facts and answered my questions. Unlike the other salesman who tried to persuade this college student to lease my car, Peng gave me the best price and helped me find a price range that was right for me. In the duration of three weeks I called to talk with Peng about any concerns I have about making the purchase, he gladly spoke with me and gave me all the time I needed, he even went out of his way to come meet me at the dealership on his day off. When I was ready to commit to buying my Crosstour, he helped me get the car I wanted. When the White Top Trim Crosstour was not available at the dealership, he helped found and reserved a White Crosstour for me in Bemidji. It would cost me more money to get it delivered, I was bummed, and was going to settle for a Silver one. He asked me honestly that if there wasn't a cost, what car color would I really want, and i said White. He helped me get it and I was so happy! I wanted to get a white leather interior and Peng encouraged me to get what I want but he also gave me his opinion about black interior. I am so happy I bought the black interior car. Overall quality, friendliness, pricing, service and experience here was outstanding my Peng. If you are like me and is worried about purchasing your first car or for any reason, I strongly recommend Peng Moua. Even if you don't want to buy a Honda, you should visit Peng, that way you can compare him to other salesmen and see what I mean. Even though monthly payments would of been 4 times lower at other car brand dealerships, I feel safe and satisfied with my purchase, and is now a Honda costumer for life. Honda, you did a awesome job for having a kind, trustworthy, and patient salespersons on your team. I recommend him to all of my friends and families. Keep in mind that this review does not do justice for Peng because he spent the extra time and went the extra miles for me before I made my purchase. I hate waking up to go to school early in the morning, but ever since I got my Honda, I can't wait to wake up, go outside in this cold Minnesota winter, just so I can see my car. So happy, this college student :) ! More

We bought a 2012 Civic from Scott two and a half years ago, our daughter bought one nine months ago and we decided we wanted to get something a little bigger than the Civic. My experience with Buerkle Honda was excellent. Paulo was by far the best sales person that I worked with during my car search. He knew the Honda Civic inside and out and spoke about the features of the was by far the best sales person that I worked with during my car search. Meghann Welch was the first sales person I spoke with when looking for a vehicle for my 18 year old daughter. She was also the last. I spent days going to different dealerships looking at all my option when looking for a vehicle for my 18 year old daughter. She was also the last. I spent days going to different dealerships looking at all my options for a reasonable priced, safe, reliable vehince for my 18 year old daughter. I had done a lot of research before hand so I was very prepared about buying new, leasing and purchasing used. I had specific questions for each sales person I spoke with. I found Meghan to be the most knowledgeable, honest and helpful salesperson. And she didn't wast any of my time, like several sales people at other dealerships did. She was very straight forward and I enjoyed my experience working with her. She gave me a great price on a CR-V without me having to haggle. Upon purchase she had the options to the car all set up to our liking and gave us a great overview of the vehicle. I would DEFINITELY recommend Meghann to anyone considering a Honda. My overall experience at Buerkle Honda was a 10 out of 10. More

I currently own a 2007 CRV from a different dealership in town. Had several family members encourage me to look at Buerkle Honda and with our yougest turning 16, would be in the market for a new car (for me town. I was not in a great rush to buy and had some time over the holidays to be "shopping". First visit looked at the Crosstour and CRV with my husband but had limited time to really consider my options. I don't like to make hasty decisions. Dudley was very helpful explaining the differences/advantages between the 2 models I was considering. He answered all my many questions including my concerns with my current CRV in great detail. Came in the following week with a friend who was also considering a Crosstour and was able to test drive both Crosstour and CRV, even took the Crosstour home to make sure it could handle our steep driveway and narrow garage door, top concerns for me after reliability, safety and gas mileage. It was a bit snowy and icy the week between Christmas and New Year so had a perfect test drive. It handled very well and the extra safety features I could get used to in a hurry! Camera for turning right, for backing up, lane wandering alarm and then all the other features using voice control, WOW! Paulo helped us out with arranging for the test drives and eventual purchase. He made sure the car was impeccable when he turned it over to us and spent a lot of time explaining the many new things about the car. He even gave a follow up call the next day to make sure I was enjoying my new car experience and to see if I had any questions! Dudley also came over several times to chat with the family while we were picking it up on a very busy Dec 30 with many others doing the same. My daughter knows the Dudley Rules when you get to drive a car (-: Everyone was very warm and friendly and no big sales pressure to commit. Even at closing, Joel was very personable and we chatted about the company I work for, the Crosstour, options for after market add ons... The Crystalline window sounds really cool and I hope I can get it for the back window as well! It's been really fun these past couple days driving around town with my new car and it was all made possible by the friendly, helpful folks at Buerkle Honda, Dudley, Paulo & Joel! Oh yeah we did talk to Potter a little when we returned the Crosstour after the test drive and he answered some of our questions about it. All very helpful in helping us come to a decision and feel confident that you made a good decision without being pressured. We are very happy with the Crosstour! Being a female, I am particularly congnizant of how sales people speak to me... or don't! It was my car and I was not patronized, talk down to, or made to feel less in anyway. I REALLY appreciate that and can't say enough concerning this point. THANKS! More
I have never had any of my vehicles serviced at a Honda dealership before but I thought why not give them a try since I own a Honda Pilot that needed some repairs. Given the fact that they specialize in Ho dealership before but I thought why not give them a try since I own a Honda Pilot that needed some repairs. Given the fact that they specialize in Honda's and claim to have a "fixed right the first time" reputation one would hope to hear "your car is all fixed and good to go." That was not the case with my vehicle. My advisor called and said "your car is fixed, however, you'll need to pay for another diagnostic because ..." I refused to pay because my issue was NOT fixed and it took two days longer to fix than originally promised. Nick's hands were "tied" and there was "nothing" he could do. Basically I paid for half-assed service because "my car was fixed BUT..." Before considering Buerkle Honda DON'T! Go to Invergrove Honda instead. That's what I should have done. They are highly recommended I just wish I would have known that before taking my vehicle into Buerkle Honda. More
