Before I purchased a new caw I test drove several styles and makes from different dealers and also researched the cost and reliability reports of Honda and the CRV. Chris Gable was the salesman on my first test drive and his approach made me feel very comfortable to come back for a second test drive. He responded to my e-mails, spent time with me and answered all my questions. I met briefly with Matt Stenstrom sales manager and he was very professional and courteous. On the day I picked up my CRV, I met with Mike DuBois and he was also very helpful and informative to me as we finished all the paperwork, he explained the service contract well and I felt confident in my purchase of an extended warranty. Chris Gable has given me excellent customer service with my purchase both on the day of my pick up and with his follow up calls and I will meet with him again to for a second review to go over the technology set up. I will also be attending the workshop for new car owners. I would highly recommend Chris and Honda to my family and friends in a purchase of a new car. Easy and enjoyable buying experience I had originally planned to buy a used car, but the broker found me a great-looking deal on a new Fit at Buerkle and put me in touch with Paulo Neish. I had originally planned to buy a used car, but the broker found me a great-looking deal on a new Fit at Buerkle and put me in touch with Paulo Neish. Diane (the broker) spoke very highly of Paulo, having worked with him many times in the past--and he turned out to be every bit as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as she said. He knew the vehicle from top to bottom and cheerfully answered every question I could come up with. In addition to the initial test drive, he gave me a very thorough briefing when I took possession a few days later, covering all the features (cars have gotten a lot more techified since the last one I bought), maintenance and repair details, etc. Then I sat down with Scott to handle the paperwork on financing, warranties, etc. This was my first new car purchase ever, so I had a lot of questions, but he was very patient and good-humored about it. Both he and Paulo presented various extras to me (protective coatings, service contract, and so on), but I never felt pressured about any of it--they respected my decisions about what I did or didn't want to add on. As a single female (and non-gearhead), I greatly appreciated being taken seriously. So the inherently traumatic experience of handing over a big chunk of cash and taking on a big chunk of loan was relieved by dealing with such pleasant and encouraging people. It was a great, friendly car-buying experience and I was well taken care of by Paulo and Scott. And I love my Fit! I should mention that the other staff at Buerkle were very attentive and helpful as well--you'll never find yourself waiting around without someone offering to help. More

Scott Steinberg helped me with the test drive and completing the purchase. Scott was very knowledgeable and very approachable. He was also very caring and willing to help. I stopped by this dealership after work, picked out a car, traded-in my old one, and signed all the paperwork. But I had to go home to get the documents needed to complete the purchase and trade-in. Scott was very concerned that my old car may not be safe to drive and arranged for me to drive another car from the dealership to go home and get the things I needed to complete the transaction. When I came back to pick up my new car, Scott programmed the car settings to my preference and also installed the all-season floor mats I bought. He did all these because he wanted to make the customer happy not because I asked him. I also got a great price for the car and a big discount for the all-season floor mats. All in all, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Scott for your next car. More

We had picked out a car from another supplier and wanted to simply validate our decision by visiting "one more dealer". We were greeted by a receptionist that cared and was very professional. We were introduced a short time later to Meghann. Meghann was an outstanding representative of your firm. She was friendly (most sales folks are) but in addition she listened to the things important to us. Some sales folks highlite the things that are important to them but not Meghann. She focused on us. The whole buying process was the best I've ever experianced and I've bought many cars. I never felt pressure but rather felt good throught out. I can say that my wife felt very much the same way. She (my wife) dreads the visits to car dealerships but not anymore. Lastly Joel the finaance manager is also a gem. He was as good as they come. Geniune and professional. We will be back. More
