No Loyalty I had purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership from 2006 through 2013. When my lease was up on my Pilot EX, I naturally decided to head back to Buer I had purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership from 2006 through 2013. When my lease was up on my Pilot EX, I naturally decided to head back to Buerkle. The sales person (Jim Raaf) that I have worked with for my other purchases has always been professional and courteous and he was this time as well. It's the dealership management that disappointed me and thus I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Before negotiating my trade-in on my Pilot EX, I did my research on KBB.com and determined what I felt the vehicle was worth. According to KBB.com, the maximum trade-in value at the time of my research for a 2011 Pilot EX in excellent condition was $22,600. I asked for Buerkle to give me $22,500 and they said they would only give what I owed which was $20,800. I then decided to check out Walser Honda. I walked in, explained to them my research on KBB.com and what was expecting for my trade. They provided me the amount requested for my trade ($22,500), included a remote start as requested and with $1,500 down I got my payment to be $390/month for a 2014 Pilot EX-L (a step up from my previous Pilot). You would think that someone who has bought 6 vehicles from you in 7 years deserves a little customer loyalty. As I said before, the sales person I worked with (Jim Raaf) was friendly and professional but the dealership has no loyalty to their existing customers apparently. Plus, now I wonder how badly they worked me over on my other previous deals. I recommend you research Walser Honda before purchasing from Buerkle. You might be surprised that you'll probably get a better deal and in the long run, better customer service. I will never purchase another vehicle from Buerkle Honda. More

The day I came in to test drive and buy was a great experience across the board at Buerkle. Chang is very knowledgable in all aspects, he was understanding of what we wanted for options and how to meet our needs. All of the staff at Buerkle that Saturday were genuinely pleasant and courteous despite the fact that it was very busy that day. I will recommend Chang & Buerkle, and look forward to doing business again there in the future. More

From the moment I went into look at the car I was interested, through the test drive process, getting the opportunity to ask all of my many questions, as well as determining the final price of the car... I felt treated like a valued customer. I was not only always greeted with a smile, but I was given undivided attention, my questions were considered valid and valued, and I didn't feel pressured to get things that I did not want. My time was respected, and I was given the space to make the best decision for me. In the end, I felt food about my car purchae, not only because of the style and reliability of the car, but also because of the great service that I received from my Honda sales agent, Allen. Chris was above all friendly, straight forward, and timely in his responses to all my questions and I had many. I do my research before spending hard earned dollars on a new vehicle. I decided to down size from my Toyota Tundra to the Honda Ridgeline. I chose Honda this time as the Toyota Tacoma does not rate well for many reasons. Also, the Ridgeline as all-wheel drive which is essential for Minnesota roads. Chris kept me well informed as to when my vehicle would be delivered and got me on my way quickly after we reviewed all the items on the Honda new car turn-over check list. Of note: there was an issue spotted during my vehicle detailing prior to delivery. Rather than ignore the issue and have the service department fix it under my radar, Chris made me aware of the situation and kept me in the loop as to the fix and of my rights under the no lemon laws. At no time did I feel pressured during our transaction and that I had the right to refuse delivery should I not be satisfied with the correction. Suffice it to say I took delivery and am very pleased with my new Ridgeline. It does everything I need in a pickup truck only with better gas mileage and all-wheel drive traction control. Kudos to Chris and the team at Buerkle Honda. More

We stopped in Buerkle Honda one evening to take a CR-V for a test drive. Scott Steinberg greeted us at the door with a friendly smile. We explained that we were exploring different options and that we would like to take a look at the CR-V. He give us an overview of the floor model and answered all of our questions cheerfully and completely. He went with us on a test drive, allowing both my husband and I to take a turn driving. When we returned to the dealership, he asked if we had any more questions, never pressuring us to think about making a purchase that evening. Scott was very respectful of the fact that we were "still looking". We left Buerkle as they were closing only to find that our car had a flat tire. Both the receptionist and Scott offered to see if the service department could help us out, but they had just closed. We called AAA and Scott stayed with us until they arrived and charged our flat tire for us, and we could be on our way. The next week we called Scott and made an appointment with him to come in for another look and test drive. Again, Scott never pressured us into making a decision. It was that everning that we decided we wanted to purchase this car at White Bear Buerkle Honda from Scott Steinberg. Our whole car buying experience was extremely pleasant. We are thrilled with our new car and have no doubts that we made the right decision. We would strongly recommend Scott and Buerkle Honda to anyone we know that is in the market for an automobile! I would recommend buying from steve whitman... Steve went farther to get me rebates than other dealers, and he called periodically to keep me informed. No other dealers bothered to call at all. We worked out the options, color ,etc on phone to save me time. A few others didn't want to sell me anything unless it was to clear something off of their lot. Steve got me what I wanted, while others tried to steer me to what they wanted to sell. I felt like i got a good deal, and did I mention he is as friendly as could be? It was a pleasure to do business at that Honda store. More

Scott was friendly, answered all my questions and made it seems like I was the only customer that mattered. Fast forward a week later, I was driving off the lot in a new '13 Honda Fit. In between my drop in and the delivery of my vehicle, Scott was open to all forms of communication (email, mobile, office phone) and he worked with me to make sure my pricing and experience were inline with my expectations. Credit was taken care of ahead of time and the day I picked up the Fit went as smoothly as I had hoped. Great experience start to finish. More
