Very Satisfying Car Buying Experience I first met Scott Steinburg when he was working with my dad to get him situated with a car. I was very impressed on the way he helped him. They all seem too pushy and they pressure you so much. When I met Scott I said to myself I could see myself asking him to help me purchase a different car. So a couple weeks later I met with him and he was working so diligently on trying to find the color I wanted to what I wanted the car to have and how much I could lease the car for. He took the time and answered all of my questions I had. I decided to lease the car before I even left there. I couldn't resist and I got to make the decision without feeling pressured, or pushed into it. I felt the car was delivered to me in a timely fashion. When I saw the car for the first time I totally loved it. I'm really happy with it. Scott was very easy to talk to, personable, honest, genuine, and he was not a pushover. If I had to rate Scott on a scale from 1-10 he would be off the charts. He's way beyond compare. He's truly one of a kind. I feel his #1 goal is to make sure the customer is satisfied and I surely am. Words can't say enough about how I feel. I would most definitely want him to help me again if need be. Their offer for my trade in was also very fair. I said both to Scott and friends throughout the process how strange it felt because it was so easy and painless. Opposite of my last buying experience at a different dealership. Quality of work only got 3 stars because other than having a roof rack installed I have no real experience with the service department. More

Hybrid Touring purchase Steve did a great job following up with me after I expressed a little interest in checking out an Accord Hybrid. I already had a 2013 Accord Sport an Steve did a great job following up with me after I expressed a little interest in checking out an Accord Hybrid. I already had a 2013 Accord Sport and liked it quite a bit. I did the trade for two reasons. I drive about 40,000 miles per year so there would be some fuel cost savings, but also I wanted more bells and whistles than the Sport offered. Buerkle seems to be training everyone well.
