They were the only one that had the model we desired. I was pleased with the vehicle price and the accessories were also much more reasonable than some competitors. Didn't notice that the fuel tank was full till we were almost home. Nice touch. More

A Good Experience I hate buying cars. The manipulation, games, and outright lies aren't fun. Throw in the fact that I buy a car once every 3-4 years and these guys d I hate buying cars. Throw in the fact that I buy a car once every 3-4 years and these guys do this full time (and get really good at it) and the experience sucks even more. While I didn't feel completely uplifted by this purchase-- or any car buying experience ever!-- it wasn't all that bad. I felt like the price I was offered initially was reasonable and at least in the realm of reality. This was in contrast to the Toyota dealer down the street that had sticker prices that seemed at least 6k-10k high. I didn't want to have to spend the first couple rounds of negotiation helping Maplewood Toyota embrace sanity so I went to Buerkle Honda instead. (Don't you hate it when car dealers pretend like they're doing you a "favor" by lowering their laughably high prices to what they should have been originally?) The salesman at Buerkle Honda, Steve Whitman, is a nice guy. He was easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in making this a positive experience. I would recommend him. More
