Excellent We knew we wanted a small SUV but didn't know what we wanted. We went out one evening and drove several brands/models. The Honda CRV was the nicest looking inside and out. The minute we sat in the CRV we eliminated several of the other brands we had driven. We were met at the door by Paulo Neish who was very friendly, not at all pushy, very knowledgeable, and actually made the car buying experience very comfortable. We made the decision to purchase a CRV. The color we wanted was not in stock and he found when it would be built and in and then put it on hold for us. Paulo worked to get us a finance rate better than all of the banks and credit unions we tried. The CRV came in a week before expected which was great news. At the delivery, Paulo spent a lot of time going over everything on the car and set the car up as we wanted. During the process, Paulo and I communicated via e-mail and he was very responsive and replied quickly. He also sent us over to see Randy in the parts department for extras that we wanted. Randy was very helpful and everything we wanted was in stock. Our finance experience with Scott Bohnen was also great. Overall an excellent car buying experience. More

I called in regarding a Honda CR-V 2014, spoke with a guy named "Amer Brakic" or he offered to sell me the car for $22,200. He then called back to back off his offer, but after suggesting I'd come and pick it up at that price, he agreed again. I went to another dealer, and they wanted $22,400 for the car but had the color I wanted, I called Amer and asked him to tell the current dealer what he offered me so they could match it, and his response was "why are you so desperate bro" he then laughed and hung up... Yeah, this story is not exaggerated one bit. Do yourself a favor, don't go to this place as they obviously hire xxxxxxxx. This guy was so bitter I wouldn't buy from him he decided to insult me and hang up in my face. If you MUST go to this dealership, because an army of flaming demons is chasing you, then do yourself a favor and DO NOT TALK TO AMER. More
