Family members recommended leasing a Honda Civic with Buerkle and after our experience, specifically with Paulo Neish, I can understand why Buerkle and their staff come highly recommended. Paulo was so helpful and friendly during our visit and ensured that we did not leave the lot without answering questions or addressing our concerns. He made us feel like a priority. I was grateful for the helpful and thorough information he provided regarding our new Civic and left Buerkle feeling 100% satisfied. I especially appreciated receiving a "check-in" call from Paulo personally just a couple weeks after signing our lease. I will definitely be recommending Buerkle (and Paulo!) to family and friends in the future. More

Paulo showed us a few cars to try and he was very friendly and patiently answered our questions. We went back to the dealer the second time and sealed the deal. My car purchasing process was fairly smooth and I even had time and energy to pick the color I wanted... Paulo also is very prompt in responding to my car questions after my car purchase. He takes good care of his customers. More

After a less than optimal experience at the dealership down the road we decided to simply look at the Odyssey but were not in the mood to really "shop." We were looking at the outside of an Odyssey when Paulo walked by and told us to feel free to look inside. He never made it seem like he was trying to sell us the vehicle. He was honest about the pros and cons of each model and was realistic about what features we needed. We did not buy at that point but after looking online and talking to other dealerships we decided we were likely going to order our vehicle and could really buy it from anywhere. At that point we knew we only wanted to work with Paulo. He made the whole process actually enjoyable and was willing to work with us every step of the way. More

A service as simple as oil change took a long 3 hours, when i was with my little kid and a neighbor's kid. In front of my eyes, two folks got their's done before me, even though they came much after. No body came to me even to give me an update on my vehicle. I had to walk out every 30 mins to get an update and question the delay. For a dealership to hold a great reputation in the past, seems suspicious now. Not sure if the management changed or they are cutting cost on training service team. On top of things, Mr. Matt promised me to send 5 free oil change coupon, ONLY sent 3. Thank you Mr. Matt. Even if you did stick to your words, changing habits and behaviours at the dealership would be difficult. Mr. Owners of BUERKLE HONDA, please some time and money education and training your staff. THey seriously lack professionalism. More
Think Honda, think Buerkle, ask for Amer Buying a car is a stressful process. First, you have to decide if you want a sedan, a coupe, an SUV, etc. I decided on a 4 door sedan. My previous Buying a car is a stressful process. First, you have to decide if you want a sedan, a coupe, an SUV, etc. I decided on a 4 door sedan. My previous car? A Camry that I owned for 15 years. It is then helpful to look at independent sites like Consumer Reports to see what they have to say about the particular car segment (in my case, sedan) you are interested in. In September 2014, after a lot of research, I quickly narrowed my choice to either a 2014 Camry or a 2014 Accord. Why I went with the Accord over the Camry 1) The 2014 Accord looks better than the 2014 Camry, in my opinion. Also, have you seen the 2015 Camry's front end? What were they thinking? The front end looks like a HUGE mouth that is going to eat up anything in its path. The Accord's styling beats the 2014 and the 2015 Camry. 2) The 2014 Camy would soon by outdated (has new look for 2015); the 2014 Accord's look carries forward to 2015. 3) The Accord comes standard with alloy wheels and anti theft; the Camry comes with hub caps and a blinking light (basically, there is no alarm). 4) The Accord is cheaper! 5) Consumer Reports rates the 2014 Accord slightly higher than the 2014 Camry (Score of 85 vs 84). Per Consumer Reports: Highs for the Accord: Fuel economy, drivetrain, handling, roomy interior, visibility, driving position, lots of features, controls, IIHS crash-test results. 6) Overall gas mileage: 30 mpg for the Accord vs 27 for the Camry 7) Kelly Blue Book's 2014 Best Resale Value Awards, Mid size Car: #1 is the 2014 Honda Accord (resale value at 36 months: 61%; at 60 months: 46%) #2 is the 2014 Kia Optima (@ 36 months: 58%; at 60 months: 44%) #3 is 2014 Ford Fusion (@36 months: 56%; at 60 months: 42%) The Camry was no where to be found. I walked into the Buerkle dealership simply because I was in the area. I then simply asked for a sales associate. I was lucky to get Amer Brakic. From past experience, many car sales people have you leaving the dealership with a pounding headache! Amer, however, listens to you and makes the buying process stress free and comfortable. Amer is very knowledgeable about all the Honda models; he will then sit with you in the vehicle that you are interested in and will show and explain the car's features. Amer works with you to come up with a sales price that you will be happy with! Amer gets back to you IMMEDIATELY, whether you contact him via email or by phone. He has time for you during AND after the sale. If you have questions, Amer will have the answers for you. To say Amer provides excellent customer service is an understatement. Speaking of customer service, Amer is very helpful in figuring out the car's features; the Accord has many nice standard features! If you need help with things like linking your bluetooth phone to your car's bluetooth, Amer has BOTH the time for you AND he is there to help. I get a lot of compliments on my car. I tell people ALL THE TIME that if they are interested in a Honda to let me know because I will not only send them to Buerkle Honda, I will send them to a person they can trust; and that person is Amer Brakic. My sons went on the test drive and had a bunch of questions which Paulo answered without hesitation even though they are kids. He treated us with respect. Then we checked out the Hyundai Santa Fe and test drove it, too. He was energetic and friendly the whole time and did not show any dissatisfaction when we asked him to show us multiple cars. We landed with a used 2014 Santa Fe at the end of the night. Paulo met all our expectations and went above and beyond too. He got the car ready for us the next day by making sure the interior was super clean and exterior was washed and filled with gas. Overall, the whole family really liked the way he treated us and that is why we decided to buy a car through him. More

He did not try to sell me anything that I didn't ask; he merely suggested what would make more sense and rightly excluded some add-ons that I wouldn't need. Paul is a nice person, very friendly, always has a smile on his face, very easy to work with and was always available whenever I needed him.
