I knew I wanted another Odyssey (had the previous one for 10 years) I had recently been rear-ended and my BRAND NEW 2014 Honda Odyssey was totalled! I knew I wanted another Odyssey (had the previous one for 10 years) and Scott was recommended by a co-worker. Scott not only got me into a new 2015 Odyssey for a great price but was very easy to work with and understood all the issues I was dealing with on the insurance end of things. He found the van I wanted, in the color I wanted, and made sure it was there for me when we finally got the reimbursement from the insurance agency. I had been driving a 2005 Honda Accord for the past ten years and that car was being passed down to one of my children, which put me in the market for a new car. Paulo was able to tell me many differences between my 2005 Honda Accord and the 2015 Honda Accord - his knowledge and ability to tell me where I would notice the differences was incredible. Paulo was able to answer every question that I had and he made the whole experience flawless and was very patient and not pushy (I will walk away from a pushy sales person).
