Paulo showed us many used pilots, and we were seriously considering purchasing one of the used vehicles, but then he told us about the great deal Buerkle Honda had on new 2015 vehicles. We ended up purchasing a brand new 2015 Honda Pilot and paying a little more than what we would have had to pay for some of the used pilots. We are very happy with our new pilot! We love it! Paulo was very friendly and very educated on all the different vehicles and their features. He was not pushy and great to work with. I hope to buy my next vehicle from him; and I will most definitely recommend him to others. More

Joe was extremely helpful in letting me know what it would cost to get into that area. He then determined the bunny was under the passenger's side carpet. He recommended that I check my deductible on comprehensive auto coverage (which does not affect your premium). I did, and for what could be a $1000 bill to remove, clean and replace the carpet and padding I only have to pay the $250 deductible. Thanks Joe! I would have never even thought this would be covered by insurance. You went above and beyond. I truly appreciate your help! More

Whether you are looking for a car, truck, manual, or automatic; figure out what you prefer. Travis helped me purchase my used 07 focus. I requested a test drive and I got an email back quickly to figure out a date and time. I was going to cancel the test drive because I could not find the dealership. He went out of his way to get me directions to Buerkle. The test drive went well and I was interested in buying the vehicle. Travis was able to find a price that worked for me. Also, he worked with his finance team to try and match the interest rate I wanted. Although I was a little sad about the trade in price, he did the best he could to meet my prices. Overall it was a very painless experience. This is the first vehicle I have purchased since my first car. I would probably recommend to a friend and possibly buy a new model from him in the future. Great guy and really easy to talk to. Lastly, I left a garage door opener in my old car. Travis was able to locate it and send it to my address. It appears to me that he is in it for the customers, not the commission. More

Poor Work Quality and Service Request Confusion From the time I dropped my car off, it was clear that there was confusion in the service department. A simple oil change, tire rotation, side air bag From the time I dropped my car off, it was clear that there was confusion in the service department. A simple oil change, tire rotation, side air bag light diagnostic and rear lug nut stud repair was not handled properly between service advisors. I had to start over with each person as to why my car was there. There was such confusion in the service area; they thought my car was brought in by tow truck and my tire was missing. In end, I narrowed my service request to only the lug nut stud repair and even that proved difficult for the technicians. I didn't drive the car for more than 100 yards and it was clear the rear brakes were dragging with a grinding noise. They kept the car for an additional day and the brakes are still not quite the same as when I brought them in as they still drag for the first few stops, then the noise goes away. At least the service manager offered to fix the side air bag light at their cost for my troubles. It turned out to be a simple light reset. More
