Awful Service We brought the car in because the check engine light was on. We were informed by Louis Hardin that repairs were needed to resolve the issue. $1000+ la We brought the car in because the check engine light was on. We were informed by Louis Hardin that repairs were needed to resolve the issue. $1000+ later we came in to pick up the car. 1 )It was delivered to us unwashed. 2) The windshield wiper reservoir was almost empty and fluid was too low to wash rear window. 3)The check engine light was STILL ON and remains on.. 4) We did not receive an explanation of the repairs done. 5)My wife was passed off by Louis Hardin to a young lady who could not explain the charges on the bill. 6) We did not receive the multi point inspection report. 7)We were told that the clutch oil was dirty and should be replaced ALTHOUGH Buerkle installed a new clutch about 2 years ago. Something wrong there! The bill indicated that items 1,2 and 6 had been done. They were not. Would you call that good service ? More

So far above and beyond! Last spring we found ourselves with two dead vehicles and had already spent a month using a rental. We HAD to find something, but we're very worried about money, but didn't want to buy junk. We had had several prospects but all failed inspection with our mechanic. We found a 2012 Odyssey on Buerkle's website. Chris met with my son and husband and found it wasn't quite right. Chris then paid close attention to exactly what we needed, what our budget and concerns were, and wenter to work. When a vehicle would come in that seemed to fit, Chris would personally check it out. I can't tell you how many he looked at that weren't right and how much time he spent. Finally two vehicles came in that were a perfect fit. Chris worked to nudge the price to a place he knew we needed to afford and to get us warranties that we could afford. Then finance was amazing, finding us financing that we didn't even know we could qualify for. Can't say enough good about Chris and Buerkle! More

I had a lot of questions and he went above and beyond in terms of helping me out, contacting the General Manager when necessary and getting me the correct information in a timely matter. More

We went in to see if we could test drive a Pilot and were very impressed with more than just the vehicle. We found Jim Raaf to be a very pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful person to deal with. We could tell that he truly believes in the products that Honda offers. He was also very helpful with our need to shift focus to our toddler many times throughout the process and allowed us to dictate the pace of our buying process. He made the process seamless and worked to find us the vehicle we wanted. He was also honest and forthright on price, which is a wonderful feeling at the end of the day. We also worked with Scott Bohnen for financing, who was also extremely helpful and pleasant. The financing process was terrific and it was solely due to Scott going the extra mile for us. I would definitely recommend Buerkle to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

Oil Change, Tire rotation My adviser (Taylor) was great; this was my first scheduled service for my Accord. Taylor pleasantly greeted me as I was exiting my vehicle; he answer My adviser (Taylor) was great; this was my first scheduled service for my Accord. Taylor pleasantly greeted me as I was exiting my vehicle; he answered all of my questions and got me a great coupon so that my tire rotation was only $9.95. They accept all competitors coupons. Since this was my first oil change, it was free. Otherwise, a 0W20 oil change, with coupon, is just $24.95. My car was undercoated when I bought it; I was interested in what gets treated for an undercoating; when my car was up on the lift, Taylor took me up to show me where my car was undercoated . I also had a battery/phone charger that was stuck in the power outlet in front of the gear shift and he removed it for me; I was VERY HAPPY about that because I was concerned that it was really badly stuck because I could not get it out! My car was washed for free, too! More
