Josh did an excellent job researching the vehicles that fit in my range and presented us with with many options that would have fit my requirements. After deciding on a vehicle (which one would think is the easier part of purchasing a vehicle) Josh walked me through the next steps, always ensuring that we were comfortable to move forward and asking if we had any questions. Great Sales Staff I walked in to Buerkle Honda in the dead of winter on a Tuesday night and expected to be hounded by the sales staff. As it turns out my experience cou I walked in to Buerkle Honda in the dead of winter on a Tuesday night and expected to be hounded by the sales staff. As it turns out my experience could not have been more different. Josh Branham friendly and calmly walked over to introduce himself to me and asked how he could help. I looked at three different trims in the Honda Civic and Josh answered all my questions as we drive all three vehicles. At the end of the Josh simply asked me to call him with other questions. Never once pushed me to look at more expensive cars or buy one that night. Josh and I exchanged texts the next day and the deal was done. When I came back to purchase the car Josh had all the paperwork ready and the entire process took only 45 minutes thanks to his hard work on the front end during the day to get it all lined up. An amazing experience working with Josh!! More
