Excellent buying experience We recently decided to buy a 2017 Ridgeline. Being a new model that is in high demand we knew that we would likely have to wait and/or compromise on w We recently decided to buy a 2017 Ridgeline. Being a new model that is in high demand we knew that we would likely have to wait and/or compromise on what we could get in a reasonable time. Not to mention pay a premium. I contacted basically every Honda dealer within 150 miles of our home. I experienced typical results. Lots of high pressure, sales people that did not know the product, people that did not follow up, etc. However, Ray So at Buerkle was different, he could answer all our questions, had a vehicle available for a test drive when we arrived and applied no pressure on us to make a decision. In the end, he found us exactly the vehicle we wanted in the colors we wanted and at a price we were comfortable with. Yes, we have to wait a bit for it to arrive, but that we expected. Highly recommended! More
