I always receive excellent, attentive service at Buerkle. I had my Honda Pilot maintained/serviced at Buerkle Honda for over 10 years. They worked with me as I approached the end of 274,000+ miles I logged on the car to ensure it was as safe as possible for the long distance traveling I needed to do- always respecting the cost vs. the need at that point. I have always enjoyed working with the service department at Buerkle. I finally broke down and replaced my Pilot with a pre-owned CR-V, which appears to be another great car, which I fully expect will perform as well as my previous Honda. I worked with Josh Branham (sales) and Scott Bohnen (Financing) during this purchase and would work with both again. Excellent service from both! Josh was respectful of my time, however I never felt as if I was being pushed or rushed during the process. Once again, Buerkle did not disappoint. I will continue to consider this "my" dealership. More

Sales Scott Steinberg is very nice, He explained all the CR-V features extremely clear in about 10 minutes, including several buttons like Tire Pressure Monitoring and Electronic Brake Distribution. After a very comfortable test drive with my family, we chose the color and decided to buy pretty fast. Price is reasonable and the buying experience is very convenient. Tom Kulstad helped us with all the paperwork, very nice and very kind. Great experience with these gentlemen and Buerkle Honda! More

Or cruise control to pace herself. So ..it is time for her to rest. I love her and she will be missed. Potter was the salesperson to help us move on. He was kind, personable, and patient. He answered all our questions. He took time to understand our needs. His colleague, Phil Rodriguez, was also helpful and resourceful with our finances. And both of them let me read my sonnet to them. He was sensitive towards my requirements and took great care during the buying process. Even after buying the car, Chris has been helpful during the periodic service visits, providing proper guidance. Recently, I was looking for a used car and ended up buying a 1999 Civic, which again Chris guided in the buying process. Now I have a brand new Odyssey and a 17yr old Civic. Honda makes real good product, even after 17yrs my civic runs great. Chris is honest, sensible, helpful and very easy to work with. I drive from Hopkins to Buerkele Honda, though I have Luther and other dealers a stone throw away, just because of the experience I had with Chris. More
