LIKES TO TAKE GUESSES AT DIAGNOSING CAR ISSUES There should be real certified techs that should be able to pinpoint the issue and unfortunately they couldn't diagnose my issue. They took 1 guess th There should be real certified techs that should be able to pinpoint the issue and unfortunately they couldn't diagnose my issue. They took 1 guess that cost me $250 (noise in pulley/water pump area) and afterwards, another guess that the alternator needed replacement, which would've cost me $400. This is AFTER i paid them $250 with their original diagnosis. When I fixed the alternator on my own, the noise we were dealing with still didn't go away. Went back and they looked at it for no charge, they came back with either my power steering pump OR my water pump (which I originally thought it was this anyway). They said I can go with one or the other but that "may not fix the issue". SO they're telling me to take a bet and spend $500 on fixing the power steering pump or spend $500 on the water pump and wouldn't guarantee me a repair of the noise. They were betting on the power steering pump being the issue. Ultimately I went to another dealership and they diagnosed that it was the water pump after all. If I had spend $500 fixing that power steering pump, I would've been out $500 and would've had to spend an extra $500 fixing the water pump. Complete xx and will not be returning for service at Buerkle Honda. Friendly people but xxxxty service. More

Excellent customer service The week of Jan 27th through feb 3 was quite a long haul week for me at Buerkle Honda. I checked into services with my 2009 honda pilot which would n The week of Jan 27th through feb 3 was quite a long haul week for me at Buerkle Honda. I checked into services with my 2009 honda pilot which would not start and ended up with one diagnosis after another from a Starter,to a compressor relay valve, an AC recharge issue then a battery change. To say the least, Brionna wright provided me with excellent customer service throughout the whole ordeal,by providing me with the loaner's car I needed.communicating with me clearly via email and phone on what was being done and when I could expect my car back. I was really touched by the outstanding customer service I got from Brionna and also how respectful John chavez was. More

The whole experience could not have been better. Scott Steinberg was friendly and did not try to push us into making a purchase. He listened and then took us directly to the car that was perfect for us. Scott Bohnen was also wonderful to work with. He gave clear explanations of all the paperwork, and he actually made the process enjoyable. (It's true.) We will certainly purchase our next vehicle from Scott Steinberg (and Scott Bohnen). More

I LOVE my Honda! I recently went on the hunt for a new vehicle, I visited multiple dealerships and drove many, many cars. Although I had a few favorites, the one aspec I recently went on the hunt for a new vehicle, I visited multiple dealerships and drove many, many cars. Although I had a few favorites, the one aspect of the car purchasing process that varied tremendously was the level of service I experienced at each respective dealership. My Sales Representative, Josh Branham, was absolutely amazing to work with, and made the decision making process a lot easier. For the level of service that he provided, Josh will have my business for many years to come! More
