We eventually decided on the lease and were extremely happy with the outcome. I Bought my first CRV, 6 years ago from Scott and now that I wanted a newer CRV I came back to see Scott. He is so friendly and acknowledgeable about the car he is selling. He really listens to our needs and preferences, then does whatever he can to get us what we want at a fair price. On this occasion, he found the car we wanted, worked out the numbers, and sent us off in our new CR-V -- all in the space of about five hours! The dealership itself is a pleasant, welcoming facility where we don't feel rushed, pressured, or inconvenienced. We have no hesitation in recommending both Scott Steinberg and Buerkle to anyone in the market for a Honda! More
Lower Cover Assembly (Passenger Side) completely fell down Right airbag assembly has been replaced due factory recall. After couple of days of service when I was driving back to home from work; Lower Cover Ass Right airbag assembly has been replaced due factory recall. After couple of days of service when I was driving back to home from work; Lower Cover Assembly (Passenger Side) completely fell down. If you guys are doing service of a vehicle then please make sure that all the parts of the vehicle are placed properly. I'll never feel safe on road if this kind of incidence happen just after the service. I again have to drive back to your service center to have it fixed and waste my few hours. I would never recommend Buerkle Honda to anyone. More

LIKES TO TAKE GUESSES AT DIAGNOSING CAR ISSUES There should be real certified techs that should be able to pinpoint the issue and unfortunately they couldn't diagnose my issue. They took 1 guess th There should be real certified techs that should be able to pinpoint the issue and unfortunately they couldn't diagnose my issue. They took 1 guess that cost me $250 (noise in pulley/water pump area) and afterwards, another guess that the alternator needed replacement, which would've cost me $400. This is AFTER i paid them $250 with their original diagnosis. When I fixed the alternator on my own, the noise we were dealing with still didn't go away. Went back and they looked at it for no charge, they came back with either my power steering pump OR my water pump (which I originally thought it was this anyway). They said I can go with one or the other but that "may not fix the issue". SO they're telling me to take a bet and spend $500 on fixing the power steering pump or spend $500 on the water pump and wouldn't guarantee me a repair of the noise. They were betting on the power steering pump being the issue. Ultimately I went to another dealership and they diagnosed that it was the water pump after all. If I had spend $500 fixing that power steering pump, I would've been out $500 and would've had to spend an extra $500 fixing the water pump. Complete xx and will not be returning for service at Buerkle Honda. Friendly people but xxxxty service. More
