Mark was an amazing service advisor the other day when I came in to get my oil changed. He was very knowledegable and informative on my vehicle's status but not pushy at all. Because he was so informative, I added all the suggested things he explained to me - he didn't just tell me that I needed them, but yet he took the time to explain to me "clueless when it comes to cars" the benefits and reasons it would be in my best interest to maintain my vehicle and update the few recommended things. As a person who also works in the service industry, I really appreciate and recognize superior service, especially in this competitve economy we are in today. Thanks again Mark and Buerkle Honda Service Team - I WILL BE BACK SOON!!! More

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and stopped by Buerkle Honda on October 22 to see if someone could look at my tires. It was around 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon and I didn't have an appointment, bu Buerkle Honda on October 22 to see if someone could look at my tires. It was around 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon and I didn't have an appointment, but was lucky enough to meet Braden Adams who helped me out. He had one of the service guys check the air on all of my tires and we determined the two back tires were low on air. Braden was professional and friendly and wanted to make sure that I had my problem taken care of-even without an appointment. They filled my tires and even washed my car-which was a real bonus! I always bring my cars to Buerkle for oil changes and any kinds of service. The exceptional service I got from Braden and the Service Department confirmed that buying my cars at Buerkle and having all of my services done there is the right thing to do. Thanks-I'll be back. We've had an ongoing problem with excelerated rear tire wear which is a Honda problem, 2006-2007, not only in the U.S. but also in Canada. As a matter of fact, there is a class action suit going on in Cana wear which is a Honda problem, 2006-2007, not only in the U.S. but also in Canada. As a matter of fact, there is a class action suit going on in Canada regarding the very problem we are having with our Honda. We have bought 5 Hondas in the course of 20 years and we thought our loyalty would be worth something. I will tell you what it's worth: ZERO, ZILCH, NADA. We have been virtually ignored by the dealership in White Bear Lake, MN. Our phone calls have never been returned. Our conversation with the Regional Rep went something like a teacher speaking to a student: In other words, we have to listen and not ask ANY questions and accept what was rammed down our throats. The service people were just as bad, holding forth while we were forced to digest their rhetoric! When we asked questions, they were completely ignored. God help ANY customer who has a problem because this dealership will not help!!!!! We are very frustrated and have tried to do the right thing by listening and being nice and really trying to understand what is going on. Nice Got Us Nowhere! BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! We are NEVER buying another Honda...EVER! Our daughters have all bought Hondas as well, including our friends. The word is out! THIS IS NOT OUR PROBLEM, IT IS A DESIGN FLAW WITH HONDA CIVICS ... and the company is just throwing customers under the bus! We are very, very disappointed with the way this problem has been handled all-around. We weren't asking for the sun, moon, and stars. Rather, all we wanted was for Honda to stand behind their product and do the right thing by us. THEY KNOW THERE'S A PROBLEM!!!!!! Liars!!!!!!!!! More

I came in knowing I wanted to buy a Honda but I wasn't sure which model would meet my specific needs. Josh listened and asked a few questions before we looked at various models. He was able to highlight the features of each model that lined up with what I was looking for. I asked lots of questions and Josh was ready with the answers. In addition, I never felt pressured or rushed. By the time I left on the day I bought the car, I remarked that every single person I came into contact with at the dealership was genuinely kind, knowledgeable, honest and dependable. The atmosphere of the dealership is positive and upbeat. When it came to all the paperwork, Matt was so helpful. His expertise knows no bounds! I was given complete explanations about each document and signature. No worries, no surprises. In conclusion, this is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! We just traded in our 2009 Honda Civic for a New 2012 Civic. We purchased both through Scott Steinberg (salesman). The experience was awesome from the time we walked in to the time we left.
