We worked together on and off for a few months (mainly because I was in no hurry and was waiting for a good deal). Tyler ran numerous numbers with many scenarios I requested. Not once during the process did I ever feel like he didn't want to get me the best deal. He is extremely professional and worked hard with his manager to find a deal. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the deal we agreed on. I'm enjoying my new car, but I enjoyed my entire experience working with Tyler even more. If you ever want a great deal (quality and service), go to Buerkle Acura and ask for Tyler. Excellent service I had a nail on my tire which I went to get replaced. Both Dana and Terry were really nice to first check if my tire had any roadside hazard warranty I had a nail on my tire which I went to get replaced. Beyond that Terry even ensured if the nail even did cause a puncture which it turned out was not the case so I never needed a replacement.
