When I first arrived I was greeted quickly and everyone was so nice and attentive. I dropped my car off to have my air conditioner fixed. Not Satisfied My wife and I came to Buena Park Honda with our 2018 Honda Civic, on Tuesday July 30th. Our car stopped. Our car is less than two years old and only My wife and I came to Buena Park Honda with our 2018 Honda Civic, on Tuesday July 30th. Our car stopped. Our car is less than two years old and only 9580 miles on it. We called AAA. The AAA tech tested the Battery and gave a print that our battery is bad. We came to Buena Park Honda and parked the vehicle in Walking line. The man came and told us that because we do not have appointment and will have to wait till all the cars/customers with appointment is completed. I explained the situation of our car. The man was very rude and said that it may take very long. Even the lady at the Service Podium was not at all understanding. Only reply that we do not have appointment and we will all 5 cars with appointment will be served. It was an emergency we were stranded on the road and came to Buena Park Honda. B. P. Honda technician found that Battery is bad and it was replaced. Eugene McCoy was our service Advisor. When we came home and read the invoice which stated that 27 point inspection completed and report is given to the customer. Mr Eugene McCoy has not given the written report to us. Very dissatisfied with the service. More
