I have a 2020 Odyssey that needed recall repairs done and the "Brake Hold" button that was not functioning properly. I made an appointment online on their website and it required me to describe the problem the "Brake Hold" button that was not functioning properly. I made sure to write a very descriptive narrative of the problem because I was not the one that will be turning in the car for service. It will be my Mom. Knowing that her description of the problem might now accurate is the reason I wrote the problem in detail. Everything went according to plan. Car was dropped off. Car was picked up. I come home and review the receipt of what work was done. I noticed that the "Brake Hold" problem was not fixed. The Technician instead inspected the parking brake. Two different systems. I reached out to the service department and to keep it short, after 2 Technicians and a Supervisor's answering machine, the answer I got was that they don't get the description of the problem from the appointment log online. They listen to what the customer has to say. No fault to the employees. What this business needs to do is streamline their online appointment service. A day wasted. Not only that, one of the recalls was not done because they didn't have the part. They did not inform my Mom on what to do next. Does she make another appointment when the part comes in, do they order the part, etc.? I am reluctant to take this vehicle back to that dealer for any other repairs. More
