He then later called me and made the buying process nothing short of amazing. Keep in mind I was just about 3 hours away from this dealer and Tom made everything so smooth and simple over the phone. As soon as I arrived paperwork was ready to go truck was waiting for new ownership. I was absolutely blown away how easily and professionally he handled this transaction and would recommend everyone to deal with Tom . But I was really nervous- it was used (barely), but still you like to at least kick I found the exact Jeep I wanted at a great price at Budget online. Well, that wasn’t possible for me because I live 500 miles from Harrisburg. Thomas was amazing, honest, responded right away, helpful- full package. He made the process seamless.
