So I found a car I was looking for at this dealership, much cheaper than anywhere else. The only problem was the dealership is almost 4 hours away from where I live. I called them and Ethan, who ended up being my salesman, picked up the phone and answered zillions of questions I had with patience. He also sent me a detailed video of the car. He helped me run my credit over the phone and gave me the numbers I should expect. I never in my life went to a dealership and faced the same numbers we talked about over the phone. They usually grab you like hyenas and try to jack up the numbers, justifying imaginary fees they made up. Everyone who has ever bought a car has experienced this. Period. I went there and surprise. On the penny, exactly what we talked about. The fastest, easiest, smoothest purchase I ever had. The car was just as described. Did they offer me extended warranties for a fee? Yes. Did they push anything after I said no? No. They might not have made an extra grand or two from me that day, but they got a customer who will come back to buy another car and recommend them. Both Ethan and their sales manager Glenn did a great job making me feel at ease and comfortable. The car was approximately 2 to 3k cheaper than anywhere else I looked. 5 stars dealership. It's taken me much too long to write a review, but I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. I found my 2024 Kia Forte LXS on Autotrader and sent an inquiry. He even answered questions for me over the weekend whenever a question would pop into my head, proving he was more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure I had a good car buying experience. He even bent over backwards for me when it came to putting together my down payment package. After Carvana fell through on buying my old car, Johnathan was able to get approval for me to bring my car and use it as a trade-in at the same value that Carvana quoted me. Not only that, but he was also able to secure a financing offer from M&T Bank that beat my bank by a full two percentage points! On the day of the sale, I dropped off my old car and Johnathan and I went through the paperwork, which he simplified and thoroughly explained. After only 30 minutes of being at the dealership, I had the keys to my new car! Its been almost two months since I purchased the car and I'm still as happy to get in and drive it as I was the very first day.
