These people are a joke. I drove 3 hours to find out that the car they were selling was junk. The lady said the car was in good condition and it look like a bunch of kids threw rocks at it. I came here to purchase a car with a friend and we tried bargaining for the price. Not only that but get him to cover some of the charges for what was wrong with the car and immediately...like five minutes in the conversation his attitude and tone of speaking went a complete 180. He basically yelled and insulted the three people i was with screaming about how he had already told us there was no bargainin, that he had lost a customer from the other people....basically i wanted to punch this man in the face afterwards. had i not been with the kindest of people i probably would have. this man is incredibly rude and its no surprise that he doesn't manage to get many customers or any commission. be warned...this man fits every stereotype of cars salesmen you can imagine. if you want a lexus go to lexus dealership....their service though a bit more pricey...you'll find is worth every penny.
