Called John Thorton for a quote, simple, 9.99 for the key (No chip) and 29.99 for chevy to send the code to make the key. So I budgeted roughly 40 bucks. Sounded about right to everyone I spoke with. Figured I would swing by a dealership the next day that was local to work. I found superior on Google maps, Boy was I wrong to pick this place. 110.00 later, I have my cheap no chip key and the service was terrible. I asked why it was so much higher, they stated, different dealerships. This place is in a rough side of town, there rent has to be low, so why all the markup? greed. Although I had all my paperwork, they treated me like I stole it. They don't want repeat sales here, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, (Call before you arrive for accurate quotes, use Thorton if you like.) More
