I'm extremely disappointed in the service department. After paying $1,800 for service a few weeks ago a new problem arose on my 2019 Buick Lacrosse. My car was overheating and I investigated and found After paying $1,800 for service a few weeks ago a new problem arose on my 2019 Buick Lacrosse. My car was overheating and I investigated and found there was a slight crack in the coolant reservoir, and I lost all fluid. A part was ordered and I became aware that the part department ordered the part for a 6 cylinder, my car is a 4 cylinder. I pointed that out to them and when they went to order for 4 cylinder it was discontinued! So the only alternative was a used part. They located one and wanted to charge me $300 for a $30 part and on top of that, an additional $180 to install. It's hard to believe GM discontinued a part for a 6 year old car. I researched and found one locally and had another garage put it in. (Be aware it's a few minutes job). It cost a total of $60 for part and installation, versus $500 from Budd Baer. Also was able to get done much faster being that I couldn't drive the car. Anyone with a 4 cylinder 2.5L 2019 Lacrosse may want to be aware of this. Since I purchased my car there, I had hoped to be treated more fairly. More
