We have always been treated well at Budd Baer but this past Saturday I called to see if they could fit me in last minute because I was hearing a noise and we were going on a trip the following day. They fit me in and the foreman, Mike MIller, went on a ride with me. Of course there was no noise then but he had an idea of what to check and put it up on the rack and found the problem and easily fixed it. He could not have been nicer or more professional. He fit me in during his lunch hour and seemed intent on figuring out the noise problem before my trip so I wouldn't have to worry. Bud Baer is lucky to have such an outstanding employee! More
Lazy, takes days for a call back, runs multiple credit checks and comes up with crazy figures for a payment. Wants to low-ball you on a trade in and still wants cash down and high payments and will blame checks and comes up with crazy figures for a payment. Terrible Service and follow-up in Sept 2019 Left car for recall. It came back with other electronic not working. They called during first service because they left someone else’s keys in the car. Took it back to fix electronic that broke during recall fix and they didn’t get it fixed. Dropped off night before for Friday service and they didn’t call us, we had to call at days end to get update. We heard it was not fixed and we would get a call the next day. We did t get the call they said would happen by 9am. We called at 12 and they were closing for the rest of the weekend. They didn’t leave keys in car as directed and we had to go back and wait for the sales team to track down the service manager. Overall terrible experience, extremely poor service reaching out to communicate updates and the car is still not fixed. More

Buy elsewhere, dishonest business practices Was initially happy with a Subaru Legacy that my wife purchased, but have had nothing but bad luck with this dealership and the car since then. At two Was initially happy with a Subaru Legacy that my wife purchased, but have had nothing but bad luck with this dealership and the car since then. At two years old, the battery has failed, the electrical system needs repaired/possibly replaced (i.e., some switches have lost functionality), and the factory installed metal tire valve stem caps corroded to the tire. That last issue (we were told by the mechanics on the phone) happens pretty often, and they get a good bit of service work for their garage because of it. Despite knowing that people will have issues from it, they continue to sell cars with this 'feature'. We have since moved from the area and so were unable to take it to their garage. I called to let them know, and the dealer said (loudly in front of some other customers that he was 'assisting') that he would gladly reimburse us. Later, the craven sent us an email letting us know that he would not be able to, since "it happens pretty frequently." If anything, that should be reason TO reimburse us, and to NOT install them in the first place. We no longer live in the area, but we will be letting our friends and family know not to buy from this person. You can buy a Subaru anywhere, get one somewhere else - where the owner will back up their product. More
