We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience. We understand in this market that cars are moving faster than ever, especially a unique vehicle like the one you were interested in. It is very frustrating in today's market to find that perfect vehicle. It was an unfortunate situation where you set an appointment late on a Friday and the vehicle was sold before you arrived on Saturday morning. We do offer the "Reserve it Now" feature on all of our vehicles for this exact reason. Please know that we are here to service all customers and try to get them the exact vehicle that they want. Hopefully we can find another vehicle that will meet your requirements. Thank you for the opportunity.

How do I explain this to clearly present reality. How about we examine the facts. First “an unfortunate situation” would have occurred if I randomly showed up expecting to view/purchase a car I had seen or heard you advertise for sale. BUT THAT IS NOT THIS SITUATION. Because: — I called 20 minutes before you closed on Friday and spoke to A PERSON. — I requested to speak to a sales person but was denied. The person on the phone stated they could and would help me — I was told at that time the vehicle WAS AVAILABLE!!!!!! — I was then informed by your employee to make an appointment to view/discuss/purchase THIS SPECIFIC VEHICLE. — The appointment was then made at that time for 10:00am the next morning. — I showed up for my appointment on time and was told the car was sold. At that time an attempt was made to sell me a dissimilar car at over twice the price point. — If there was another step that was suppose to be done to insure my viewing to purchase the specific car for which I made the appointment **THEN WHY WAS’NT IT DONE WHEN I SPOKE TO THE PERSON I MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH??? **OR TOLD TO DO THE EXTRA REQUIRED STEP?? **OR INFORMED THERE WAS ANOTHER STEP TO INSURE THE CAR WOULD REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR ME TO EVALUATE AND PURCHASE WHEN I SHOWED UP THE NEXT MORNING AT MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT??? >>>>>>. That is the rub!!!!! <<<<<<< Instead I am told that — We tried to call you 29 minutes before your appointment to inform you. — We then sent you an e-mail 27 minutes before your appointment to inform you. This is a pitiful attempt to claim the high road of being “the honest dealer”. Tell me would it not be reasonable to expect that I would be traveling to my scheduled appointment at that time? I mean 27-29 minutes before an appointment would be expected since instantaneously transporting from one place to another has not yet been invented hence the need for a car. And talking on the phone or reading or texting while driving is ILLEGAL IN THIS STATE!!! So I am left to chose one of the following conclusions which only “the honest dealer” can specifically identify as the correct one. 1 YOU DID ME WRONG!! or 2 You we’re playing the bait and switch game that unscrupulous car dealers do. The question that only you can answer is which of the two is the correct conclusion. Since I don’t live in Washington County it unfortunately makes me unaware of what appears to be the dominate culture you obviously embrace. That culture being just how easy it is for you to rationalize the fact that you do people wrong. No matter how you present it or slice it up the bottom line is you wasted my time, my good faith effort, and my fuel for NOTHING!!
