Scheduling staff was great, but service department did not fix the issue, nor check that issue was corrected. The "fix" that they did I knew wouldn't work because I had already tried it. I had to schedule not fix the issue, nor check that issue was corrected. The "fix" that they did I knew wouldn't work because I had already tried it. I had to schedule another appointment taking more time away from work where they can try to diagnose issue. Meanwhile Service manager had picture proof of issue and advised to come in. More

We are very disappointed with your parts department. We had two different parts ordered from your parts department and no one told Tori when the parts came in. We were waiting to hear from you and never received a call. We had to call your dealership twice to find out that the parts were in. Tori was very apologetic, but this is inexcusable. We think someone needs to discuss with the parts department and straighten it out to prevent it from happening to other customers. We do have some positive feedback.
