I had a flat tire the other morning, I called Budd Bear Buick they said to take over to Subaru they have the express lane. I was treated so poorly by the intake staff like I was doing something wrong for Buick they said to take over to Subaru they have the express lane. I was treated so poorly by the intake staff like I was doing something wrong for coming over to express. And then I waited 2 hours in express for them to tell me the tire needed changed. They told me 858 for three tires, but when I called to pay for it, they said it was 1241, luckily I had a very nice person who went back and verified what I had been told and I paid $775.00 More

After our car was totaled and we both had COVID and had to buy a car basically online everyone at Budd Baer was extremely helpful and made the process as painless as possible.
