The online chat to request express service for a brake light that was out was very efficient. The young man who checked me in and the staff that assisted him with confirming that a light was out were light that was out was very efficient. Very pleased with sales person, and the vehicle we purchased exceeded our expectations. I like Debbie but didn't like the pressure to purchase addons. I texted Chrissy about this and she said she would check into it but I haven't heard anything.
