I’m happy they fixed my lock but I’m a bit disappointed that I had the car for only 3 months and it cost me over $500 for the fix. I understand I brought a used car but it was just upsetting that the deale that I had the car for only 3 months and it cost me over $500 for the fix. I understand I brought a used car but it was just upsetting that the dealer did not give me any kind of ‘deal’ on the cost. But your service folks were polite and I am hoping this was a fluke and not that my car is going to cost me too much in the future. More

We got a much better deal from Budd Baer on both the new vehicle price and on trade in allowance than what we were offered at another Subaru dealer in the area. I had an appointment for 9 AM to change the oil in my new Legacy for the first time. When I arrived I was told it would be at least 2 hours because they were running behind. The idea behind an appointment is a reserved time for the service. I'm disappointed a simple 30 minute service turned into over a 2 hour wait. More
