You have great employees! I have a disease that requires me to have supplemental oxygen 24/7. I had some difficulty with my oxygen tanks when I first got to your facility. Quick fast and in a hurry, with a smile! I ended up at your service center in desperation on Thursday 7/11 around 215pm. My vehicle was making a awful sound and my family and I were already packed and ready to go on a road trip to Daytona Beach Florida the next day!!! The desk agent recognized that I was panicked and had me pull in and came out to see what was going on with my car. There was a technician Mark with her and the listened to the noise I was hearing and assured me that they would handle it as quickly as possible. My vehicle was diagnosed, parts retrieved and installed in under 3hours!!! I expressed my appreciation and gratitude when I picked the car up. The paint chips with every little thing. The paint is a big disappointment since these cars are suppose to be strong enough for winter wear,but the paint does not hold up . disappointed. More

Service suggestion I did not bring in the car for this most recent visit but my only frustration, which I included in the GMC survey, was that I never know when I get a I did not bring in the car for this most recent visit but my only frustration, which I included in the GMC survey, was that I never know when I get a free oil change and tire rotation and when I have to pay for it so I keep a couple of copies of the various service mailers or coupons in the car and either don't have to use when no charge or don't have with me when we are charged. Would like to suggest that instead of mailing all the different coupons that maybe you could store in customer's file so that it could be used when needed. It might save on mailing costs as well but understand that by mailing you also help to remind the customer that service need is close or for advertising. Every $10-15 helps so would like to pay the lower amount if being charged for service. Just a suggestion on how to improve the process. More
