Service visit I took in my MX-5 for a “check engine light” issue. I got an appointment the very next day, they took the car in right away when I arrived. The servic I took in my MX-5 for a “check engine light” issue. I got an appointment the very next day, they took the car in right away when I arrived. The service representative was friendly and professional. He outlined what steps they were going to take to determine the problem, and would keep me updated when they knew something. When I returned to pick up the car, they had corrected the issue, and explained the cause. In addition to quickly correcting the issue, the car had been washed! There are not too many dealers with service departments as good as this. I’ve owned my MX-5 for 13 years, and while it wasn’t purchased at Budd Baer, it is the only dealership/service department I trust with the car. More
