Quick and Courteous Went to the dealership to look at my car after a very minor bumper-bumper collision. Dealership looked at the bumper and was able to remove the scuff in less than 5 minutes! Every time I have needed service work on my car or had an issue, they have always got me right in and are very polite. Will definitely be back! More
Stopped by Tuesday approx. 1520 for an oil change and to inquire about a recall notice on my vehicle. They were busy so I made an appt for Friday morning to have my oil changed and the recall taken care of. inquire about a recall notice on my vehicle. Arrived on time for my appt, the service tech took my keys and told me to have a seat in the waiting area. I thought to myself that the repair must not take that long. I waited a little over an hour and my service tech walked through. He did stop to let me know he was getting the paperwork together right then. Approx 1130 I went up to the service window. I asked the lady if she would find out how much longer it was going to be. She took my name and went out into the work area. When she returned she told me that the tech was doing my paperwork right now. I told her he said that to me approx. 40 mins ago. She turned away and I asked for her name and wrote it down. The tech came out shortly after and handed me the paperwork and walked away. I asked of his back, "where do I pay?". He gestured towards the service window and left. Another gentleman who was waiting told me my oil change should be free. I paid at the window and left. I will never take my Jeep there again. There is a dealership in a neighboring town. I have no idea what the recall was about or how long it took to fix. I hope the oil change was done since my service reminder was never reset. More
