LEAST FAVORITE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE TO DATE I have never been to a dealership that could seem to care less if they sold me a car or not, and made not attempt in the slightest to even try. Up I have never been to a dealership that could seem to care less if they sold me a car or not, and made not attempt in the slightest to even try. Upon arrival at the dealership after 1.5hr drive to go look at what i was hoping was the perfect vehicle i was handed the keys and told for a test drive go down the road to the church and turn around and come back. No dealer plate installed or given to me to put on to take it down the road or nothing? Maybe they have a deal worked out with the police in the area is what i was hoping? I got back parked the vehicle and went down to the office. The salesman was helping another couple at the time which is completely understandable. After a few minutes of talking with them he stopped and wanted to come over and talk to me quickly. Asked me if i i was in a hurry which i said No absolutely not and what i though of the vehicle. I told him i really liked it and he asked well what does that mean. I said i'd like to sit down and talk about it as i had a few concerns and wanted to see what we could work out. I was then told they are no haggle and don't deal at all. The price is what it is and thats the way it is. Which i think is crazy for a no trade in buyer. We all know they have some room built in there for trade allowance and what not and i'm not trading anything. I wasn't asking for much but we never even got to discuss anything. It was just the vehicle is what it is, price is what it is, I'm here to fill out paperwork if you decide you want things as is. Very in-personable and not a great experience to say the least. They actually seem like they honestly could care less to sell you a vehicle. I had money in my pocket to put a deposit on it to hold and totally intended on working out a few details and purchasing the vehicle. The statement they will not be undersold on there billboards and how much they care about there customers on there website to me doesn't seem like it could be farther from the truth. Now on the up side i did find the vehicle off the internet and responded to an add about it and the girl that handles the internet inquiry is absolutely amazing! Quick responses, very nice, and personable and just a lot of help. They get her out selling the cars they may have something! More

Wonderful experience! I visited Bud's for a new car after my father recommended them. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and experience! I drove many cars and to I visited Bud's for a new car after my father recommended them. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and experience! I drove many cars and took several trips before deciding on a car. Tom was so patient with me. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision that wasn't right for me. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Bud's in a heartbeat! Pleasant Car Shopping I had never heard of the dealership but when browsing online they had very good prices. I went and checked them out and had a very good experience.
