I talked with Steve a couple of times on the phone before my wife and me made the 60 plus mile trip to Bud's to inquire about a 2011, Hyundai Sonata that I was interested in. Steve was very respectful, informative, and polite. He answered my questions without hesitation, proving to me he knew what he was doing and also that he was honest and sincere in his response. The phone conversations with Steve is what convinced me to make the trip to Bud's to check them out. Once we walked through the front doors we were greeted with smiling faces, laughter, and people just enjoying themselves and having fun. We felt comfortable and at ease right from the get go. Especially when we were greeted by their #1 sales representative, whom all in the office agreed upon, Levi :-) A very friendly pooch that reflects the friendly atmosphere at Bud's Auto Sales. Steve explained very efficiently the buying process step by step and answered any question we had with honesty and respect. One could not ask for any better treatment than we received at Bud's Auto and Steve.He was a very big part of us feeling comfortable and relaxed. Steve was pleasant, friendly, and most importantly. professional in every sense of the word. It was this kind of treatment that will get us back to Bud's when the time comes for another vehicle. I have been telling our friends and family about our pleasurable experiences at Bud's and highly recommend that they make the trip there the next time they are in the market for a used car. Found out every thing I wanted to know online and the staff was very helpful and patient despite a plethora of questions. I purchased a SUV that was priced BETTER than the others I considered (all were the same year/model/options and all had millage of approx.18,000). NoT only was the price better, I also received more for my I considered (all were the same year/model/options and all had millage of approx.18,000). NoT only was the price better, I also received more for my trade. In addition, the SUV was much cleaner and in better condition that than the others I looked at. All associates were very friendly and personable. Our sales associate (Ralph Jones), was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time with us, to make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted. All things considered, and in comparison to my recent experiences with the other dealers I visited......MY PURCHASE AT BUD'S AUTO SALES WAS THE MOST PLEASURABLE CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. Ralph was the salesperson that helped us and he was very friendly and helpful in our search for our new car.
