Ralph was great at helping us find the vehicle that we wanted. We came in with just an idea of what we were looking for and he gave us several options to test drive. My wife and I did test drive about 6 different vehicles. In the end, we did find the one that fit us the best. There was no pressure or any time constraints with Ralph. Great experience and I will make my future car purchases at Bud's auto. Paul was extremely helpful. He even got us a lower rate than we were first quoted. Took his time to explain all the aspects of the contract and the warranty. None of the "just sign here and here" stuff. We felt he was a genuinely nice person and wanted to us to be as happy as possible. Once again, another reason to continue to deal with this establishment in the future. More

I was vehicle shopping for a couple months and i found Buds Auto on a website and they had the car, and color i was looking for with the right price. The only problem was is it was at the Indiana store. I called, and they gladly had that car brought down to Beaverdale and within the next couple days i was able to test drive it and buy it. They had the car cleaned off (from snow) and up front when i arrived. I test drove it without a salesman which made the car feel even more like my own then it already had. Tom was a great salesman, he knew i wanted that car and went out of his way by having it ready for me. This was my first big purchase like this, and they were all very professional and never once made me feel like i couldn't do it or point at the fact that I was only 21. Overall great experience and so far after a month the car is running great. I recommend Buds to everyone that asks about my car. More

This was our second Vehicle (Nissan Altima) that we bought from Bud's. We had a body issue with the first car we bought in November 2012. I like that it offered a lot of information on the history and features of the car! I took the car for a test drive and liked the feel of it! I was very pleased with how they cleaned the interior of the car. It was snowing, so I was unable to look at the undercarriage of the car. They assured me all was well with the pre-purchase mechanical service they provide. The gentlemen I talked with were respectful, courteous, and did not pressure me into buying the vehicle. I was impressed with the time they spent honestly reviewing the details of the purchase and the protection they offered against mishap. They are justifiably proud of the quality and cost-efficiency of their vehicles and I would not hesitate to tell others about this place or return again myself if I need another vehicle. After purchasing the car, I had it checked out by my mechanic and there was no fault found. I have now had the car a week and I am very pleased with my purchase!
