Great selection, super prices and a very helpful staff. This was our first time to buy a vehicle from Bud's Auto Sales. I have never heard anyone say anything bad about them. Tom had worked with me and my son Joseph this past fall (2014) when Joe purchased his Dodge Avenger. This was his first significant vehicle purchase, and it was very refreshing to watch the professionalism that Tom displayed. No pressure of busy 'stuff', just the facts and best deal available for my son. Very well done! It was at this time that I decided to have Tom find a car for me. Tom knew I would not be ready to junk my old Cavelier until the spring, so he kept an eye open for me. I looked at the 2012 Sonic on-line, and knew it would be a good deal and fit for me. Unfortunately, I was/am working out of town Monday thru Friday, so everything had to be worked out over the phone and via e-mail. Tom did this very well, and had the car on hold for me with my second call. He even worked with my son Joe to test drive the Sonic while I was out of town. The overall experience was very smooth and professional. Tom's effort was 110% throughout the process, with additional care for little things like second (spare) key, and letting me talk with the service person face-to-face about things like Bud's undercoating service. One was traded back to Bud's only because after 2 years we decided that we wanted something different and the other one we bought for one of our children and they decided to trade it for a larger SUV. We have no desire or need to ever go anywhere else to buy a used car. Most of the vehicles were purchased off of the lot but we have also had them look for a specific car for us with very specific details and within about a week we had that car! Bud's is very easy to deal with, beginning from looking at the vehicles to signing the last form. The prices are always better at Bud's and we do shop around before we actually purchase. More

Their website is very comprehensive....we checked their inventory before we went. We were able to narrow it down to one car. Easiest car buying we've ever done! We called ahead and spoke to Tom. When we got there he had the car ready and closer to the office for us to test drive...nice surprise since it was cold out...this was much appreciated! He was very easy to talk to...he answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. We're usually on the defensive when buying a car but not this time! Their cars are priced fairly the first time so we didn't have to haggle, something I never like doing when buying a car, anyhow. We felt like we could trust our salesman and the dealership...I left there with my new car that same day...it was great not to have to go back to deal again or pick it up! More

Tom was a pleasure to deal with over the phone - I never felt like he was trying to get the best of me/annoy me like other car Dealership's. As soon as I walked in I was handed the key's and off I went for a test drive. Process for buying the vehicle was quick and easy. Unfortunately, I was not able to get a card for the individual who helped me on the finance side but he was a pleasure to deal with as well. The only non 5* that I have given is the inability to draw the price down a little (It always makes you feel like a winner when you can move down $500-$1000) Overall a great experience. I'll recommend this location to my friends and family. More

They had rock bottom prices, that is why we drove fifty miles. We told Tom what we wanted and he searched the inventory on his computer and came up with the model we wanted. A 2014 Hyundai Sonata. It was over a year old and had previously been a rental car, nothing was hidden from us. Tom went out and found the car while we stayed warm and petted the dogs that lounge around. He answered all our questions. We bought the car. The transaction was smooth, pleasant and painless. The only problem would be if you asked me to come up with something that would have made it better, I couldn't think of anything. I look forward to doing business with them again when I need another truck. Five Star!! More

When I arrived, I received a cordial greeting and found my car had been prepped and ready for a test drive, just as Tom promised. I took the car for a drive and discovered a minor mechanical problem. He had the car taken to the shop right away and we had a lunch-time pizza party in the office while I waited. Everybody in the place was very friendly and helpful to me. Even the other customers was a fun lot to exchange tales with! I asked him for his lowest price; he asked me what I would be willing to pay; I gave him what I thought was a reasonable offer; he thought about it for a short time, and then he said we had a deal. I must admit I was a little nervous on the drive up, but after being at Bud's Auto for just a little while, I felt completely at ease. I showed up knowing the vehicle stock number and went to Steve and asked if he could bring it down to take for a test ride. After going to the Sidman Sheetz and turning around I liked the car and asked to start the paperwork. Throughout the entire process I never felt pressured and Steve was very helpful in answering all of my questions and getting everything worked out. The same is true for Eric who made sure I understood that I agreed to before I left the lot and I don't think it could have been much easier buying my second car. I will for sure be back once it's time to look for something newer, and thanks again Steve and Eric! More
