I was flat-out lied to three times by Tom. Then he wrote down the mileage for my trade-in at 166,000 instead of 116,000 on the official paperwork! Offered me FAR under value. STILL refuses to correct his mistake! Go somewhere, anywhere else! More

We tested two other cars as well and chose to purchase one. The car and price were exactly what we were looking for. We were pleased with the professionalism that Bud's staff exhibited. Steve and Eric were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Everyone was very courteous, and we felt it was well worth the long drive from Maryland. More

Went up to beaver dale location in the morning and by 1 pm was finishing up to leave with a new car. No one breathing down your neck. Drove several cars and they were more than happy to hand over keys to do. They don't come out and give you any kind of sales pitch. If your serious about buying a car, they figure you'll come in and see someone that way not wasting your time or thiers. Pricing seems to be at least a few thousand dollars below average book value so there's no reason to try and get a better price. It's already there. Very pleased with my 2015 Chevy Cruze 2LT. No problems, runs great . Had the car fax info in it when we took for a test drive which was nice to see and know about the car even before speaking to someone. Sales staff was great. Never once felt like an inconvenience or a bother. Worked on the best possible financing to get you in the vehicle you really want. Terrific experience. And when looking for another vehicle in the future I will definitely check Bud''s Auto Sales first. Highly recommend and not to mention on the roads I have noticed lots of Buds Auto Sales logo stickers on other vehicles . That shows they do a lot of sales and have a good reputation to do business. I didn't like that there was no wiggle room on the price but the price wasn't bad at all. It was within the range kbb suggested for the car. Eric took care of the final sale. He was quick but thorough. Overall it was a great experience. We drove 1.5 hours to get there. Definitely recommend! More

A Nice Experience Going inside was a bit odd, as they didn't try to hound you and that was worth the 40 minute drive. We talked to Steve and explained what we wanted to look at. He promptly took us to the car and we went out for the test drive. When we came back we told him it wasn't quite right and tried out a couple of more. He was very patient with us and really didn't seem to mind being dragged all over the lot. We finally settled on a car that hadn't been through their garage yet. We returned a day later to purchase the vehicle after looking at a few other cars at a different dealer. Matt, the paperwork guy, was courteous and friendly even though his computer was acting up. :) All in all, it was quite a pleasant experience buying a car. In fact, it was the first truly positive experience I've had purchasing a car. I highly recommend this outfit. More
