First and last trip to this place To keep this short was looking at a used truck. They looked over my trade and when they were done they gave me a super low offer. They tried to tell me it was not the package that it really was, telling me the trucks bed was replaced with a different models bed. I guess they didn't notice all the other options that come with that package pretty obvious stuff if and I say if you know anything about cars and trucks ( I also have the original window sticker stating the package on it). Really sad that either they have no clue what they are doing OR they get away with this kind of stuff with people that just don't know. Its a shame there are dealers out there like this and of this size, needless to say I will never go back again. More

Took advantage of unsuspecting buyer!!!!!! My mother went here to purchase a vehicle and they worked her over on the price without her knowing it at the time. She told me the terms of the deal My mother went here to purchase a vehicle and they worked her over on the price without her knowing it at the time. She told me the terms of the deal she agreed to after the fact and she is overpaying for the vehicle by about $70 a month. I am very upset this dealership would take advantage of an unsuspecting person like that. And now she is stuck paying more than she be for this vehicle. Shame on them. More

My trade-in price was agreed upon and we had the paperwork completed in just about an hour. The whole staff was great the day of my sale...Tom was friendly & efficient w/the sale, and Aaron quickly located an SD card for the navigation so I wouldn't have to wait for a replacement to be mailed to me, and the finance paperwork was completed in record time as well. After getting home I noticed that the mirror was broken on the driver side visor. I called Bud's and was directed to Wally in service who took my information, ordered a new visor and even made arrangements for my visor to be replaced at the Shelocta location which is much closer to my home. Great service before, during and after the sale. I am a very happy customer. Thanks, guys! More

Tom kept the car for me so I could return the next day to purchase no hassle. When walking through the door every time, he greeted me by my name and shook my hand... The next day he got my paperwork rolling, cleaned the stickers off my new car, and I was rolling out the door within less than 40 minutes..
