Cant thank bud ,Tom and Eric and staff enough for making our car buying experience the best I've had anywhere hands down and they don't hassle you either they have excellent prices the lowest I've seen yet and I've been looking on car gurus and auto trader and other sites and nothing compares to their place . Tom held our second choice for us while they sent an employee on a hundred mile round trip to bring our first choice truck for us to see! Straight Forward and Courteous This was my first visit to Bud's Auto. I drove 1 1/2 hours because they had a truck I was interested in purchasing. I met Tom and had an enjoyable conversation while my trade-in was being looked at. Since it was the day after a snowstorm, he offered to clean the truck off so I could take it for a test drive, but I declined because I was not ready to make the decision that day. After doing some further research and talking over finances with my wife, I called Tom 2 days later and told him I was ready to make the deal. He took my information over the phone, and I was approved for my loan that day. I made the drive once again and the truck was ready for me to drive before I signed any paperwork. Afterwards, all of the financials were handled by Eric. He was courteous and clearly explained each step of the process making sure I understood it all. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision or purchase. I was very pleased with each step of the transaction, and appreciated the down to earth approach of this dealership. I am very happy with my 2018 Ram Big Horn. It was definitely worth the drive, and I would not hesitate to do it again in the future. More
