I had a small car that was not working for the types of winters we have been getting and needed to trade up to a SUV. I still had a loan on my vehicle and the bank wanted the difference before I could purchase the SUV. At the time I did not have the money on hand and Tom held the car for me overnight (there was other people in the parking lot looking at the SUV) for me to work out some financials to be able to purchase the Tucson. At no point did I feel judge or pushed into buying a car like big dealerships, Tom and the rest of the staff at Buds Auto treats you like people and are down to earth. The next morning the purchase was quick and Tom brought my car down and had it heated up before I left. My family and I have both bought multiple cars and will continue to do so and I will always refer people to buds auto for the great service and prices! More

Recently, the last vehicle we purchased had some extensive mechanical issues that we found to be an issue of that specific make/model/year of our car. Unfortunately there was only a service bulletin that our ViN did not qualify for and not a Recall. After many of phone calls and denied help from GM- buds came to the rescue! Working with Wally (the service manager) was such a pleasure. He went above and beyond to help my husband and I. He took it upon himself to contact the maker of our vehicle to try to get us assistance, was available at all times, explained everything in great detail, and genuinely showed that he cared. It is hard to find dealerships who have customers best interests especially two years after a purchase of a used vehicle. He fixed our vehicle for an amazing price and we couldn't be more grateful for having him to help us throughout the process. Thank you, Wally! I will continue to purchase vehicles from Buds as well as the rest of my family not only because of their unbeatable prices but mostly because of their loyalty to the customers and excellent customer service. Short and Sweet We had picked out a Rav-4 from Bud's web site at around 7am and were driving it home by 7pm. Tom emailed us at around 10am. Tom got the car ready for a test drive. My husband picked me up on his way home from work. Arrived at Buds 5:30. Did the test drive. Tom answered all of our questions and started the buying process. Steve then took care of the paperwork. While we finished that Tom made sure we had gas, placed the floor mats and warmed up the car so that I had a toasty ride home. Great experience.
