They were fast, efficient, extremely friendly, and easy to work with. We feel that we got a good deal and were treated fairly and honestly. So far, we love the truck! Thank you for helping us get into this new vehicle with very little pain! This was the first time we have made a vehicle purchase at Bud’s Auto Sales, and we will definitely be back in the future! Wide selection or cars, super friendly staff! Ralph and Eric helped me with buying my car and they were wonderful and funny! They explained everything well and made my experience great! No pressure and very friendly staff My wife and I went in to look at vehicles and we were amazed by how low pressure the whole experience was. We walked in and were greeted by Tom. We told him which vehicle we wanted to look at and he got us the key for a test drive. We also had our 2 year old daughter with us and everybody there was great with her too. Tom ran multiple financing options for us to keep our payments down. We then went to speak with Eric to go through all of the documentation. He explained all of it to us clearly and thoroughly so that we understood everything. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

When you are ready they are upfront and honest about the pricing and trade-in value. This no haggle method takes soooo much of the stress away! They do not try to up sell you on a more expensive car, they respect your choices and do NOT ever pressure you. The front tires on the car I purchased were very worn and after the sale they offered to replace them for me when I brought it to their attention. I can’t say enough good things about them! I am so lucky they had the car I wanted and for a price in my budget under KBB value :-) More
Poor Customer Service For the past several years I have relied on Buds Auto Sales in Shelocta for their excellent customer service and reasonably priced vehicles. I returne For the past several years I have relied on Buds Auto Sales in Shelocta for their excellent customer service and reasonably priced vehicles. I returned again this weekend expecting for the same to occur. Unfortunately, my past experience failed to meet the mark for what I have become accustomed to. My last vehicle had recently been totaled in a collision leaving me with a negative equity on my auto loan. I reviewed this with my salesman, Dan, at least three separate occasions prior to purchasing my vehicle. I was assured this would not be an issue. When the moment came to sign for the vehicle, I learned that it was not feasible for the negative equity to be rolled onto the new loan and that I would need to pay the balance in full (a sum off $1000+) as Bud's in Shelocta would not accommodate this situation. I was disheartened to learn this, but trusted that Dan and the finance manager, Jim, were competent in their advice. However, instead of fixing the problem they just flat out lied. As I returned home, I called back to question why this was so. I spoke to the owner of Buds Auto Sales. He tried to make things right with the situation, but failed to miss the mark of my original promise. I contacted Dan the next day after being unable to reach him the day of purchase. He, to my surprise, informed me that he was not aware of the situation of the total loss and negative equity and that there was no way to remedy the situation, which again was a lie. I would not be leaving such a negative review had I not been lead on to believe that they could accommodate my situation and they had been upfront with me from the start. I hate when anyone tries to make me out to look like a fool or a liar. The Shelocta location has lost all respect from me at this point. I will not tolerate being disrespected from anyone especially the way Dan from Shelocta did. Here is an idea, maybe when you make a mistake consider being a stand-up guy and admit to your mistakes or do your job correctly so that things don’t happen like this for future customers. Also, instead of rushing through the sell, just hurry up and sign mindset. maybe the financial manager should know his stuff and not check with a untrustworthy car salesman. We are all human we all make mistakes but own your mistakes and treat your customers with respect that is what will keep the customers coming back. More

Wonderful service, purchased a Nissan Sentra I called Two days before to find out if the cars we were interested in where still there. Ralph Jones was kind enough to have them down front for us w I called Two days before to find out if the cars we were interested in where still there. Ralph Jones was kind enough to have them down front for us when we arrived,as I had foot surgery and couldn't walk far. We took a test drive and decided on the Sentra. The process of buying the car did take a little while, however Steve made the time go very quickly. Very nice and helpful staff. This is the second car we got from Buds Auto. Thank you, Dawn More
